OUR STORY
My name is Deborah, the owner of Fresh Meadows Cleaning. I am a passionate mother of two children. I have been cleaning for over 30 years in both the residential and commercial industry. I work with my daughter Belinda, and together we are a dynamic and unique Mother and Daughter team.
With the knowledge and experience we have developed over the last 20 years together, I decided to open up my own business doing what I love to do the most; to clean and serve others.
My desire is for people to have time for the more important things in life, such as their children, their family, their friends, their leisure time, their work and their business. I believe people deserve to rest, relax, de-stress and just have fun without having to worry about cleaning.
FRESH MEADOWS POLICY
TERMS OF SERVICE:
- Someone must be home to provide us access and home when we are finished to lock-up. We do not keep keys of our clients and we do not use or have knowledge of home entry codes and we do not lock-up for our clients.
- We have a minimum charge of $140.00 for each residential service and $180.00 for each commercial service.
- We do not use abrasive scrubbers or scrapers when cleaning appliances. For kitchen cook tops, we provide a thorough cleaning with one application. Any burnt on debris or stains remaining after one application of cleaning is the clients responsibility.
- We will not be held responsible, if an unsupervised pet or child enters a room while we are cleaning and touches or consumes our cleaning products.
- We will not clean areas covered in hazardous or bio-hazardous materials.
- We are not responsible for damage due to fault and/or improper installation of any item. All surfaces (i.e. marble, granite, hardwood floors, etc.) are assumed sealed and ready to clean without causing harm.
- Window blinds are lightly dusted only. We do not wash or vacuum window blinds.
- If alarms are triggered, we are not responsible for any fees associated with the alarm.
PRIVACY:
- We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.
PAYMENT:
- Residential - Payment is due immediately upon completion of service via credit, debit or cash.
- Commercial - Payment is due immediately upon receipt of invoice via credit, debit or cash.
